Shot on medium format film in Siwa, Egypt's Western Desert. A figure crests a dune against an open sky, the scale tipped almost entirely toward the landscape. The dunes roll soft and quiet, the sky takes the rest of the frame, and the figure becomes a small measure of where the world ends and begins.

She walks ground that was once ocean, a memory the earth still holds. The smallness here is not absence but belonging, the body finding its place within something far older than itself.
